La festa della Santa Patrona dei Terrasinesi si svolge il giorno dal 6 all’8 settembre di ogni anno.
In quei giorni l’intero paese si dedica agli spettacoli canori e pirotecnici ed alle funzioni religiose in onore della Vergine.
La statua della Madonna delle Grazie risale al 1910 ed è in legno; viene collocata sull’altare maggiore del Duomo il primo giorno della novena per poi, dopo il trionfale ingresso al termine della processione, essere ricollocata nell’altare a lei dedicato.
